Voice actors please (Blog Post Edition!)

 So anyways, last post I mentioned I needed voice actors for Emmasworld.

Well, here's what I have in mind for the characters voices:

Eliza: Doubtful sounding a lot of the time, when happy she sounds a little nervous.

Silver (doesn't appear until a little later in Emmasworld): Sounds really calm, kinda quiet, pretty much just Fluttershy from the earlier seasons of FiM but not totally whisper-y quiet.

Korsa (doesn't appear until a little later in Emmasworld): Literally just Jon from Eddsworld but if he were a girl.

Ellara (doesn't appear until until a little later in Emmasworld): Always angry, louder than the rest but not by much, sounds smug when happy. I don't know, just slap a small amount of salty sounding and call it a day.

Eline (doesn't appear until a little later in Emmasworld): Same as Eliza, but more bossy sounding too.

Marissa (doesn't appear until a little later in Emmasworld): Less high pitched than Korsa, Ellara, or Eline, but not too much. Whenever Sarah is near her she sounds very annoyed. Just constant annoyed sounding.

I'll give an example bit of dialouge (with the emotion the character says it in put in parenthesis before the line), and you record the lines and send the audio files to me. I'd prefer if they were recorded in high quality, but just using the built in microphone is fine too. I'll also send descriptions of the characters personality as well!

Snowy Day Boredom

A little ramble about this before I get into the post.

When I was a lil' tiny Lance, I used to go on a computer a lot (that should be obvious though).
This computer, was a massive (to lil' tiny Lance, anyway) HP Touchsmart desktop running Windows 7.

And I. Loved. It.

I was almost always doing something stupid when I played on it (usually messing around with the Touchsmart software), and sometimes, I'd pop open Speech Recognition and mess around.

One fateful day, I was like "Hey, what happens if I just say random things to it?" (instead of the usual letting it pick up a conversation and see what it says).

I did, and I'd often read them back to my family, letting it pick up what I said.

I would do that multiple times, switching from speaking to the software to speaking to my family with the software set to hear what I'm saying.

And one day, my mother had decided to read what was on the screen (probably thinking I was some sort of special for reading it and not telling them I was reading it), and I was promptly banned from Speech Recognition.

I was not happy, but I complied, and that was the end of "Speech Recognition: The Game".

I have, however, brought it back today because I was bored.

Freakin' snow.

It's January! It was a nice and sunny month mostly (cold despite how much it looked like summer outside) and now it's freakin' snowing. The day I decided to wear my "allergic to mornings" t-shirt.

Oh well!

Before this post actually starts, I just want to say: these are all really old and outdated and a lot of things about the characters have changed, so just look at these and laugh at how much they suck. Don't take them as current images, as they are clearly not (and just by the fact that Emma is a normal human and Sarah just plain has no eyes should be very obvious signs of that.)

Why was Eliza the only one old enough to live on her own? Did she like, adopt Sarah, Mary, and Emma or something?

Old ref for Emma. That's less of a backstory, and more of a mini-fanfic-y thing.

School with the girls! Fun fact: Eliza (orange hair, green hoodie) Aria (Red hair, seafoam hoodie) and Sliver (Grey hair, pink t-shirt) were actually made specifically for this image! They later became actual characters!

Mary still isn't sure if that's how popcorn was invented. Some say she's still wondering to this day.

Looks like it's casual outfit day at the [spoiler]'s [spoiler]! (This was before I decided [spoiler] was a thing. Aria was going to be-- that's a hell of a spoiler, and this was a little after she and Eliza started being part of the art.)

Originally, Mary didn't have the chin unless I ran out of characters that didn't have the chin.

Saloonatics Sarah. I shaded this entirely in MS Paint, so I'm kinda proud of it.

I love how Emma is the one holding the knife. She doesn't get the cola, she doesn't get the camera, she just gets the knife.

This took me some time, I'm proud of it. It even has the oldest variant of the signature!

"Can we go fishing?" "We just did!" "Yeah, and promptly got banned from being near any body of water with fishing equipment in sight." "Well just because I brought the harpoon gun and spears doesn't mean that--" "Point is, we still got banned, Sarah. And no Mary, we can't go fishing."

And Emma's got the gun. So everyone is trying to slowly run from her.

How did Emma get into Microsoft HQ?

Mary is Very confused.

Zip's invention! He's very confused as to why he looks like Eliza's hair.

What are they so scared of? (Hint: Zombies is the ONLY correct answer here.)

Hairstyle:Origins. (Look at the wanted poster. There's the middle bump thing in the hair and the floppy bit is more to the side.)

IDFK what this even is, but Emma's clearly not excited about Sarah for some reason.

She doesn't drink Pepsi, she drinks Pipse.

If you look closely, you can see this was the first attempt at giving Sarah pupils. It might not show on all monitors (or to all people) though.

That's less "[spoilers]" and more "[slightly less spoiler-y but enough to know what she's supposed to be holding]". Also, concerned Aria is concerned.

Again, old signature. I'm proud of this one, mostly because it does look kind of like they're on a screen. Should have added the taskbar and some icons though.

Eddpup and friends belongs to KittyMelodies on Deviantart. I found a base of it and used it. Emmakitten and Emma.

The first attempt at Sarah's shoes. They later lost the checker pattern and gained stripes instead.

Aria and Silver! I didn't quite understand layers in Photoshop, so the fan blades were blurred along with the metal cage thing on the fan.

I didn't understand how Toms hair worked. And fun fact: Emmasworld started out as Emma being an Eddsworld fan-character.
